Linksys Extender RE6500 Manual Configuration • For the RE6500 repeater to work, attach your extender to a power outlet. • Activate your Linksys RE6500. • Navigate to the WIFI Settings on your mobile or laptop device. • Extender Setup network join. • Open any web browser and go to extender.linksys.com. • You've arrived at the login page. From the menu, choose "Start Setup". • Follow the clear instructions that will appear on the screen at this point. • Your home router or modem is now successfully connected to your repeater. • The booster should be unplugged and placed where it would provide the best connectivity.
