  4. Our Process Team Structure We follow Agile Methodology in Project. As soon as we get any project signed, we assign them Program/Project Manager along with BA and Technical Architect . They get BRD/SRS/FRD/Test plan signed off from client and they have following people working with them:  UI/UX  Technical Leads/Architects  Senior Software developers  Testing(Manual Automation)  Deployment team Development Process Following is process followed. Project Manager/Program Manager gets following documents done and signed off from client:  BRD  SRS  FRD  Wireframes  Test plan

  5. Process Cont:- As we follow agile methodology we assume that 75 percent of requirement is finalized and 25% of changes will come during development stages. Once the documents are signed. We involve following professionals in development: • Technical Architect/leads • SSE • Testing • Deployment • PMS TOOL:-JIRA,TRELLO For the Project management and Bug tracking system we are using JIRA. Where we are creating • Epics • Use stories • Tasks • Backlogs • Sprint and Release management etc. Apart from that we do have sprint based releases and version management. We define milestones and document 15 days sprint with proper weekly status report shared with client and also demo every 15-20 days so that we all are on the same page. We checking code regularly in Github/Bitbucket/Gitlab depending on client requirements and also have regular code reviews during development life cycle to ensure that we are totally compliant and also all guidelines are being followed during life cycle.

  6. Cont:- • Once code is complete we deploy the same on testing/Staging server to test it and then once they give sign off we deploy the same on Server and provide client to test the same. This is done on regular basis so that we do parallel testing along with development. In most of cases we are responsible for deployment on all servers. In some cases, We have to provide the same to System admin of client with following details: Release document Code Details Test Execution Plan 1. 2. 3. STLC(Our Software Testing Life Cycle) • We have big testing team in place which includes both manual/Automation testing. We do both functional/Load testing. We follow following process in testing: • Unit testing by developers (Junit/phpUNIT/Nunit • Module testing • Integration Testing • Regression testing(BlackBox or Selenium/QTP) • Load testing(Jmeter) • We also do security testing(TrustWave) also for few of our clients as well. • Once all this testing is done, UAT is done by client along with PM To ensure complete test cases are working and once we get sign off, we then plan for deployment on live with client. • There will be a pre-and post test pass Sheet as well.
