All internal communication channels within the company are encapsulated in specific forms and regulated by the internal rules of the organization. Such a system of information exchange is actually a set of formal management processes. They may include operative meetings, planning meetings, summing up, reports, informational filling and updating of corporate mass media, etc. Informal processes of communication can be defined as processes of internal communication of the personnel, bypassing officially fixed channels of information transfer in the company.
