  1. SriLankan Airlines Melbourne Office SriLankan Airlines: The national airline of Sri Lanka and a part of the Oneworld airline alliance is SriLankan Airlines (formerly Air Lanka). Following the closure of the old Sri Lankan flag carrier Air Ceylon, it was established in 1979 as Air Lanka and is today the largest airline in SriLanka in terms of aircraft and destinations. After Emirates partially acquired it in 1998, it underwent a rebranding and got its present livery. All of the airline's shares were purchased from Emirates by the Sri Lankan government in 2008. It kept its newly rebranded name and logo after terminating its partnership with Emirates. Every week, SriLankan Airlines flies more than 560 routes throughout Asia. Destinations Currently, SriLankan offers service to 42 locations across 20 different countries through codesharing agreements with other airlines and its own web network of 117 destinations. It can provide passengers with connectivity to more than 1,000 cities in 160 countries with its interline partnerships and membership in the Oneworld alliance.

On all of its long-haul aircraft, SriLankan offers Business Class passengers fully flat beds with AVOD features. A 19.5-inch broad seat that can recline to a 180-degree, 79-inch long bed is offered by the totally flat bed seat. There has a 15-inch personal IFE system in each seat. Thales Avant IFE, which offers contemporary entertainment amenities and enlarged business class seats, will be found on SriLankan's newest fleet additions. All-aisle access seats in a 1-2-1 configuration is offered in Business Class on its A330-300 fleet. Business class is set up in a 2-2 arrangement on its A320 and A321 aircraft, with extra reclining seats that are each 19 inches wide and have a pitch between 39 and 49 inches. On all of its wide-bodied aircraft and the vast majority of its narrow-body aircraft, SriLankan offers in-seat entertainment in Economy class. All cabin classes on its A330-300 and A320/A321neo aircraft have the opportunity to purchase in-flight internet access and mobile phone services.

In-flight food for airlines that fly into Bandaranaike International Airport is SriLankan Catering's primary business. BIA's cutting-edge flight kitchen has a daily capacity of 25,000 meals. Air Lanka Catering Services Limited, a joint venture between SriLankan Catering and Thai Airways International, was incorporated in 1979 and granted BOI status. Air Lanka Limited purchased the shares of the joint venture partner in 1998 when the joint venture agreement with Thai Airways International expired, becoming Air Lanka Catering Services a wholly owned subsidiary of SriLankan Airlines Limited. After that, in September 2000, the Company changed its name to SriLankan Catering (Private) Limited. Fly Smiles There are five membership tiers in the FlySmiLes programme: Platinum, Gold, Classic, Silver, and Blue. The Young SmiLes programme is only available to travellers between the ages of 2 and 18. Every time a member takes a flight with SriLankan Airlines, one of the oneworld airline alliance's member airlines, one of the more than 30 oneworld affiliate airlines, or one of SriLankan's other partner airlines, such Etihad and Cinnamon Air, they accrue and redeem miles.
