  1. How video production happens and what goes behind? Nowadays, consumers like watching videos more than any other sort of material but making entertaining videos require more than just pushing the record button on your phone or camera. Pre-planning, pre-production, production, and post-production are the four stages of the video production process. 1.Planning ahead

  2. Pre-Planning, the initial stage of our production process is where we decide on the project's strategy and objectives. To fully comprehend the brief, we typically pose the following questions at this stage: What does the video aim to accomplish? Who are the intended recipients? What should be the top three most important messages? What financial limit is there? Is the video a part of a particular campaign or an overarching plan? How will the finished video be shared and where will it be hosted? Which places or videos ought to be included? Does it need interviews or a voice-over? Which Calls to Action (CTAs) ought to be present? Is an on-screen message or animation necessary? And if so, tell us more. The attainment of these responses will be crucial. 2.Pre-Production During this phase, we meet with the client to discuss the exact ideas they want to be included in the finished video as well as the budget and schedules for the production. We also determine whether a cast, voice-over (VO), or interviews are required. Following an agreement, we begin our pre-production phase, which entails: Website Visit (recce) A pre-production location tour gives us a good picture of the area we will be filming in and enables us to think about factors like access, light, reflections, and background noise (if conducting on-location interviews, for example).

  3. Making of storyboards This is a crucial step in pre-production since it helps you visualize how your video will be made and flags any potential issues in advance. Creating the shooting schedule, the director's, videographer's, and crew's instructions, as well as editing guidelines for things like required graphics or after-effects, is also helpful. Plan to Shoot A shooting schedule should be made and sent to the customer and the entire crew at least two to three days before the scheduled shoot. The venue, time the crew will come to set up, length of the shoot, required cast, interviews & times, props or client requirements, etc. are all included in the shoot plan for that day's production. This is done to make sure that everyone on location has an efficient and successful filming day. Actor talent The next thing to think about is whether your video needs a cast or actors to act out the scenes or further the narrative. Do you like to use real actors or your coworkers for this? If the video calls for a voice-over, we'll talk about things to think about, such as the tone and persona you have in mind, whether you prefer a male or female voice, and who will write the screenplay. Scripting The script is the most crucial component of a voiceover-led or explainer video since it determines the overall flow and hooks viewers right away. We will ask the customer about their target audience and the main messages they want to get across to them at the initial planning stage. Clear scripts that have been planned and agreed upon help clients see the finished product. When the script is written down, you can check for any gaps, get team comments, and negotiate modifications before the shoot day.

  4. 3.Stage of Production It's time to have fun and bring the story to life now that all of the preparation and planning has been finished. We gather all the material, record the interviews, and record the voiceovers for your video throughout the production stage. Shooting/filming days The normal filming day includes: putting the video equipment together Lighting Configuration (if required) Locating interview sites (if happening on-site) Setting up the audio equipment with an audio technician The interviewer will converse with the subject to ensure their comfort. Cast in action, internal, and external location filming recording b-roll (extra footage to support the overall story) 4.Post-Production Now that all the necessary components have been recorded, the VM team can begin organizing, choosing, arranging, and editing the video content to produce your custom film. To bring the story to life, we will carefully go over all of the material, listen to and write down the interviews, choose music that fits the style of the film and start putting it all together.
