  1. Acne – Learn How to Deal with It!-Dr. Deepti Shrivastava Acne – Learn How to Deal with It! Acne is a skin condition marked by little red pimples on the surface of the skin or clogged pores, such as blackheads. It can cause people to become self-conscious about their appearance, leading to low self-esteem and anxiety. It mostly affects adults between the ages of 12 and 25, but it can also affect people who are older. The skin is prone to acne due to a variety of circumstances. Acne is caused by overactive sebaceous glands (skin glands that create oil) producing excess oil, which clogs the pores of the hair follicles in the skin. Acne is caused by inflammation in the blocked hair follicle.

  2. The following are some of the factors that make your skin prone to acne:1. Eat a healthy dietMaintaining a balanced diet is crucial to maintaining your skin’s health. Food does not normally cause acne directly, but it might contribute to other acne-related issues such as greasy skin. However, foods strong in iodides, such as seaweeds, might cause acne if ingested for long.2. AnxietyAnother key factor that causes your skin prone to acne is stress. When the body is stressed, it produces too much testosterone (a sex hormone), which causes it to produce too much oil. Stress also weakens the body’s immune system, making it more susceptible to acne. 3. Makeup ProductsSome cosmetics (typically oil-based) have a tendency to clog the pores of the skin, leading to acne. Using harsh washing chemicals might cause the skin to become dry and irritated. To avoid breakouts, moderate skin cleaning is also recommended.4. HormonesAcne can be caused by hormonal imbalances, especially towards the start of puberty. When a woman’s menstrual cycle ends, she may be afflicted by acne. Acne induced by hormonal shifts could also be hereditary. Tags:Acne For More Information: https://www.skinhairandyou.com/
