  1. Heal the Child Inside You: A Simple Path to Peace Everyone remembers things from their past. There are some that make you happy and some that hurt. As adults, we sometimes still feel the pain from when we were kids. This old stuff can make us sad, angry, or scared, even if we don’t understand why. Because of this, a lot of people are now going to inner child healing sessions, inner child healing therapy, and inner child healing. Our younger selves will feel safe and loved when we look at the past in this gentle way. To not forget, what happened is not the goal. The goal is to give that child the care and voice they may have missed. We don’t always know how to speak up when we’re hurt when we are young. We might not show how we really feel.
