A matrix is a grid that contains information and offers a visual model of ideas. For this assignment, you will create a matrix that explains leadership theories.<br>Research the following five leadership theories and include these in your matrix (use the matrix template provided):<br> u2022 Trait theories of leadership<br> u2022 Behavioral theories of leadership<br> u2022 Contingency models of leadership<br> u2022 Skills approaches to leadership<br> u2022 Situational methods of leadership<br>Develop the definition and characteristics of various leadership theories and approaches to leadership (trait leadership, behavioral leadership, contingency leadership, skills leadership and situational leadership). These should have sufficient depth to be able to<br>demonstrate a good understanding of the theory.<br>Provide one or more examples to support the definition or characteristics of each form of leadership. This should be more than just a further explanation of the theory. It should be an actual example of how the theory came into play or was demonstrated in a real<br>situation.<br>Write out your explanations in each section (a section includes the description of a particular theory and the examples of it) using about 350 words for each section.
