Basic Information About BCSW • All Spotters (120+) have been trained by the NWS • Training is done annually in April by the NWS • BCSW operates without financial support from Benton County. • CityWatch was funded with a Federal Emergency Management Grant and the grant has now run out. • St. Cloud REACT serves as the coordinator of BCSW
