It provides excess oxygen to your brain and silences part of your nervous system that controls your relaxation ability. It would be best if you tried deep breathing. Get comfortable somewhere, close your eyes, and place one hand on the stomach and the other on your chest. Breathe deeply through the nose. You should feel the stomach rising above. Now, breathe through your nose and pay close attention to how your body relaxes. You should try repeating it. 5. Maintain your sleep schedule Students with full schedules often lose sleep to produce. However, sleep deprivation puts you in a bad mood. Your productivity decreases automatically, you may find it difficult to concentrate, and you may have long-term health concerns. It will be best if you do not neglect your sleep plan. Strive to get at least 7-8 hours a night and take a power nap when you need them to keep producing.
