  8. 8 The Dianova Network Evolution throughout decades What have we done to face this challenges • Increase trained Staff & Re-designed outgoing and residential programmes to meet specific needs to new profiles: • mental health, new psychoactive substances, gender violence related with drug abuse, aged population. Increase psychotherapy individual attention for mental health co-morbidity cases and coordination with public medical network Increase knowledge about effective drug treatment “Expertise” Coordination and alliances with other social organizations and Advocacy engagement with Public Administration Identify new challenges, re-design intervention based on evidence, good practices, assess results and disseminate our experience. • • • • #20YearsofNetworking
