  2. 1.PAGE TITLE A. DUPLICATE NOTE What is Duplicate Page title ? Title duplicates means that there are two or more pages on the website that have the same Page title Why page title should be unique If there are duplicate titles in the website then google will not Cwral both the titles and it will not be Rank on google's SERP page. Problem Sir there are total 92 pages in your website but the page title of each page is duplicated. Google will not rank our page because the page title is duplicated. ACTION You have to remove all the duplicate page titles in your website and make all the page titles new which do not match with other page titles only then Google will crawl your page then your website rank will come.

  3. 1.PAGE TITLE B. OVER 60 CHARACTERS NOTE What is OVER 60 CHARACTERS ? Your website page title should be less than 60 characters & More than 55 Characters Why not OVER 60 CHARACTERS ? If the page title of our website is more than 60 characters, it will not be fully visible on the Google SERP Page and Visitors will not get full information. Problem Sir, there are 92 pages in your website, but there are 60 pages in which the page title of that page is more than 60 characters, due to which the page title will not be visible and the viewer will not get full information. ACTION We have to create a page title of 60 characters or less for the page title which is more than 60 characters So that our page title will Show full Informative on Google SERP Page.

  4. 1.PAGE TITLE C. BELOW 30 CHARACTERS NOTE What is Below 30 characters ? Your website page title should be More than 30 characters & Less than 60 Characters Why not below 30 characters ? If the page title in your website is below 30 characters, google will not Crawl it and it will not rank on google. Problem Sir, there are 92 pages in your website, but there are 4 pages in which the page title of that page is less than 30 characters. ACTION We have to change the page title which is less than 30 characters in your website to 60 characters, otherwise that page will not rank in Google.

  5. 2.META DESCRIPTION A. MISSING NOTE What is meta description ? A meta description tag generally informs and interests users with a short, relevant summary of what a particular page is about. Why meta description is important A compelling meta description has the power to raise the click-through rate of your organic search results. That means more of the people who see your page in the search results will actually click through and land on your site. Problem Your website has 2 pages with missing metadescriptions. Due to this google will not crawl our page and our page will not rank. ACTION So we have to create meta descriptions for the two pages which do not have meta description. So google will crawl the two pages and then index them on Google.

  8. 3.META KEYWORDS A. MISSING NOTE What is meta keywords Meta Keywords are a specific type of meta tag & tell search engines what the topic of the page is. Why meta keywords is important ? Meta keywords are important for SEO for some search engines because the ranking algorithm uses the meta keywords tag to identify the core topics for the web page. Problem There are 92 Pages in our website but two Pages of our website that do not include Mete Keywords ACTION We have to add meta keywords for these two pages inside them So it will Help to rank on google.

When this happens, it's almost like you're competing with other pages on your site. Having duplicate meta keywords tags means that you are targeting the same keyword on multiple pages, which is why it should be avoided. Problem There Are Total 92 Meta Keyword Out Off That 90 Are Duplicate Meta Keywords ACTION We have removed all the duplicate Meta Keywords in our website Make it Unique.

Headlines are really the most important part of your article writing. It is the first thing that can grab the attention of your reader or web visitor. Your headlines, in effect, are your first real point of connection with your prospective customer, so you need to get them right. Problem There are total 92 pages within your website but there are 64 pages that do not have H1. ACTION So we have to make the h1 of the page of the website which does not have H1 otherwise google will not crawl the page and will not rank it.

  11. 4. HEADLINE 1 B. DUPLICATE NOTE What is Headline 1 ? If a similar headline appears in another page, it is called a duplicate headline Problem Out Of 92 Pages 28 Headlines Are Duplicate . ACTION The 28 duplicate H1 in your website We will change it and make it unique.

  12. 5. HEADLINE 2 A. MISSING NOTE Problem There Are Total 92 Pages Out Of That 4 Pages Have Misisng Headline 2. ACTION We have to create new Headlines 2 for the four Headlines 2 missing within our website

There Are Two Types Of Files In Sitemap. 1) Html – For Visitors Of The Website 2) Xml – For Google Crawler Of The Website Why Sitemap is important Because Crawler Cant Crawl All The Pages In The Website So We Have To Give Instructions To Crawler To Crawl All The Subpages In The Website. The Above Site Has Used The Sitemap. It Is Created With Free Online Sitemap Problem Generator. Www.Xml-Sitemaps.Com Tool ACTION Since The Sitemap Has Coding, We Have To Direct Google Crawler To Come And Visit All The Web Pages. 1) Xml Sitemap Is Used To Direct The Google Crawler To Map All The Pages In The Website. 2) Html Sitemap Is Used For The Visitors For Searching Various Pages/Content Of The Website.

  15. 7. CRAWLING STATUS NOTE What Is Crawling Status Till Google Don’t Crawl All The Pages In Your Website It Will Not Rank. Problem There Are Total 92 Pages. Out Of Which 63 Results/Pages Are Crawled By Google. ACTION Since 29 Pages Out Of 92 Pages Are Not Crawled In The Above Scenario, We Have To Make Sure 100% That Google Should Crawl All The Pages In Your Website Otherwise Your Website Will Not Rank. 1) First Scenario: Before Website Completion, We Should Not Allow The Google Crawler To Crawl The Website, Hence It Must Be Paused. Otherwise, Dummy Pages Might Get Crawled. 2) Second Scenario: All The Necessary And Authenticated Pages Should Be Crawled After Completion Of Website To Get The Correct Results. Google Crawler Should Not Crawl Dummy Pages Or Unnecessary Pages, It Should Crawl Only How Many Pages Are There In Website.

Backlinks are especially valuable for SEO because they represent a "vote of confidence" from one site to another. ACTION Google Loves External Audience So We Should Generate Maximum Backlink For Our Website

Problem 1) You Must Know How Long Does It Take To Load Your Website. 2) Bounce Rate Will Increase If The Load Time Increases. ACTION 1) Image Should Not Be In Mbs 2) Image Should Not Be More Than 100 Kbs, If It Is More Than That, It Will Be Difficult To Maintain The Time. Tools Used: Gtmatrix Tool Is Used To Measure The Speed Time Of The Website.

  18. 10. IMAGE SIZE NOTE What is Image Size ? Image Consume More Bytes Than Any Other Part Of A Website. Their Size And Complexity Heavily Influence Site Performance. So If We Reduce the Size Of Image Without Compromising Quality, Page Load Time Improves. Why Image Size is Important ? Impact Website Loading Time. 2) Their Size and Complexity Heavily Influence Site Performance. So, If We Reduce Size of Image Without Compromising Quality, Page Load Time Improve. Problem 1) Image Should Not Be More Than 100 Kbs, If It Is More Than That, It Will There Are Total 174 Images Out Off That 32 Images Are Over 100 Kb. ACTION SO 32 IMAGES SIZE I HAVE TO CHANGE IT UNDER 100 KB Three Things Due to Which the Load Time Will Increase 1. Image Size 2. Animation 3. Video Image Size Is the Biggest Reason for Highest Load

MOBILE FRIENDLY+MOBILE RESPONSIVE NOTE What is Mobile Friendly+Mobile Responsive ? 1)Mobile Friendly: -Website Should Open Thru Mobile. 2)Mobile Responsiveness Refers To Whether A Website Is Optimised To Be Functional And Aesthetically Pleasing On Device Of Different Sizes Why Mobile Friendly+Mobile Responsive ? 2) Mobile Responsive: -Website Which Open Thru Mobile but Conversion Does Not Happen. Because Fonts Are Very Small. Fonts Should Be Proper Clickable Element Or Button And Text Should Not Overlap. 3) Image /Video: -In Mobile /Phone The Image Or Video Should Be Seen Inside The Phone, There Should Not Be Any Cut In Image / Video 1) Website Should Open Easily Thru Mobile

  20. 12. ROBOT.TXT FILE NOTE What is Robot.txt File ? Robot.Txt Is Used To Prevent Web Crawlers From Accessing All Or Part Of A website. Why Image Size is Important ? Indexing Robots That Specify Pages That Can Or Cannot Be Indexed 1) Which Page In Website I Don’t Want Crawler To Crawl, I Have To Put Robot.Txt File .The Moment Crawler See This File It Stops And Move To Different Page Where There Is No (Robot.Txt File). 2)If We Find Robot.Txt File In Front Of Any Page In A Website, Then We Can Check If It Is Necessary Or Not. 3)Sometimes Developer Put Robot.Txt File In The Page But Forget To Remove Them From The Page That Page Will Never Rank. 4)It Is Important To Use Robot .Text File In Certain Page Where Security Breach Can Happen (Such As Login Id /Password/Or Import Information). Problem It Is A Text File Used For Seo Containing Commands For The Search Engine In The Above Website ,Robot.Text File Is Not Used In Any Page So No Page Is Blocked. ACTION Action:-Since In The Above Website There Is No File Which Is Blocked We Don’t Have To Do Anything . But There Different Scenario Where We Can Take Action:- 1)If 3rd Party Url Is Blocked Then We Should Not Bother, If Your Website Is Blocked Then Only We Can Take Action By Telling Developer To Remove Robot.Text File.

Duplicate Content Means Substantive Blocks Of Content Within Or Across Domains That Either Completely Match Other Content In Same Language Or Similar. Why Google Don’t Like Duplicate Content ? Google Algorithm Says That If Your Website Has Duplicate Content Or Common Content Then It Will Not Rank Your Website. There Should Be Unique Content In The Website. Problem In The Above Website There Are Only 19%. Duplicate Content ,15% Common Content And 66% Unique Content Which Is Good. Because Duplicate Content Should Not Be More Than10 To 20% In A Website. ACTION 1) Content Should Be Unique And Not Common Content(Ie,10-20%). 2) If Duplicate Content Is Above 25% Then We Have To Put Unique Content. 3) In Your Website If You Have Common Content In Every Page Then Google Will Think It As Duplicate, So Common Content Should Not Be More. 4) Whenever We Ask Content Writer To Write Content, We Should Tell Them To Use The Keyword In The Content .

  22. 14. KEYWORD DENSITY NOTE What is Keyword Density ? Keyword Density Refers To The Number Of Times A Keyword Appears On A Given Webpage. Why Keyword Density Should Be Checked In The Content ? Google Don’t Rank Your Page/Website IF Over Stuffing /Over Writing of Keywords. Or Repeatedly When We Use the Same Word in The Content. Problem In The Above Website There Are Some Some Keywords With High Density (Eg,Sap Has Kd 4.8%)Which Is High. There are few keywords with less than 2% kd . ACTION Keyword Density Should Not Be Less Than 2% And Not More Then 5% Otherwise Google Will Not Rank. Which keywords are less than 2% kd we have to increase it.

If You Open a Website and a 404 Error comes Means “File Not Found”. This Happen When a File Is Deleted or There Is an Error in A Link. Why Do We Get 404 Error In a Page ? Google Don’t Rank YoA 404 Error Indicates That The Webpage You Are Trying To Reach Can’t Be Found, Because Of A Problem In The Website Or The Page Was Moved Or Deleted. ur Page/Website IF Over Stuffing /Over Writing of Keywords. Or Repeatedly When We Use the Same Word in The Content. Problem In The Above Website When We Open 404 Error Has Popped But It Is Not Inside The Website . ACTION So Google Says It Is Mandatory To Have 4o4 Error Inside The Website So That Bounce Rate Will Be
