Our company focus so far has been upon three AI-based technologies and their deployment in a variety of healthcare-related use cases:- vDigiDocr - Our tried and tested AI enabled intelligent Document Processing System, incorporating OCR (Optical Character Recognition) for the bulk digitization and processing of documents including medical records, financial documents, insurance claim documents, etc. versaChat – An enhanced Conversational AI-powered Chatbot (often referred to as a ‘Digital Assistant’) for patient enquiry, appointment booking, follow-up management, etc. Now with the ability to automatically scan and ‘learn’ from data sources presented to it as documents or web sites, and interpret free-form questions to provide specific and detailed responses vCAIdeMedical - A Suite of functions using the power of Generative AI to ‘aide’ doctors and clinicians, by assisting in the process of managing, analyzing, summarizing and offering interpretations of historical and current patient records, to support medical diagnosis and treatment.
Healthcare: Document Management vDigiDocr - Use Case (1/3) Hospital Information Management Using AI OCR, all doctor’s reports of patients, agreements with health insurers, financial documents, etc. can be digitized and electronically archived as PDF files. Data from specific fields on these documents can be extracted and forwarded to HIMS and other systems for integration into patients’ medical records {EMR}. Patient surveys and reports can be easily and quickly processed for immediate use.
Healthcare: Document Management vDigiDocr - Use Case (2/3) Health Insurance & Fee Payments Processing Health insurance providers can extract information from medical documents, health insurance plans, or invoices for treatment and import it into other programs for further processing. Invoices and client correspondence can be saved digitally as searchable PDF documents and instantly found using keyword searches.
