Picturesque Nahan • Nahan is a lush town with criss-crossing rivers and serene ponds, ideal for a relaxed and rejuvenating holiday. • At elevation of 932 m, it is approachable from many directions by road, and the nearest railway stations are Barara, Ambala, Chandigarh and Kalka, which are connected by a regular bus service. • Nahan Tourism is at its peak during the period of September to March when the temperature ranges from 3 to 27 degrees Celsius. During Dussehra, the Bala Sundari festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm in Nahan.
