Now wash the vegetables and remove their skin if it is needed. Cut all of the veggies and place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor with the broth and mix until smooth or the consistency of your choice is reached. It is ready to serve; you can serve it cool, at room temperature, or warmed. You can store it for 4 days in an airtight container.
