  1. Make An Air Conditioner of Inexpensive Material Information Shared By: www.nyhandymannyc.com

  2. Dealing with heat indoors would be really difficult if there were no air conditioners. Since, air conditioners are truly the most effective appliances to beat the heat. But air conditioners suffer with an issue. If you have ever had to deal with a power out on a hot summer day (something very common in developing countries) you’d definitely known the importance of keeping cool and the issues an AC confronts.

  3. Things we require: • 1 plastic box with cap • 1 small car fan • 1 small piece of PVC tube • A 2.5-inch PVC 90 degree elbow • 1 pipe clamp • A knife • PVC glue • Battery

  4. Now, let us start with the steps to be followed

  5. Step 1: Take the plastic box & attach small car fan to it Take the plastic box and make a hole onto its cap. The hole should be exactly the size of a car fan that you are going to use.

  6. Step 2: Put the vent At a little distance from the fan, cut another hole, the size of a PVC elbow, on the cap of the box. Now place the PVC elbow in the specified hole and fasten it up with PVC glue.

  7. Step 3: Add some ice to plastic box Fill the plastic box with ice, attach the fan to a power socket, and there you have your own DIY air conditioner blowing cool air at you.

  8. We can assure that it does blow out air good enough to cool you down for a while on a long hot day. And this DIY air conditioner being the simplest and cheapest of all the DIY AC’s we’ve seen, it’s surely giving a try.

  9. Thanks!!!
