2. Project Overview Client Information A leading hospitality hotel chain in India partnered with us for high- quality 3D rendering services. The photorealistic visuals were created to showcase their upcoming properties, enabling impactful marketing campaigns and effective advertising across digital and print platforms. Project Background In the hospitality world, first impressions are everything. Guests often decide where to stay based on how a property looks and feels, even before stepping inside. 3. Implementation Steps Site Visits Firstly, CRESIRE conducted a site visit while the hotel building was under construction. The client wanted our team to visit the prime areas of the hotel such as; the Banquet Hall, Restaurant, Lobby, Entrance Foyer, and Rooms to get a deeper insight into the design and their expectations. We took images of the site and collected finishing details such as Materials, Textures, Paint Color, etc. that were required for Realistic 3D Rendering. Design Meeting The project owner conducted a meeting with the architect and interior designer. CRESIRE collected 2D architectural and interior drawings. We used them to reference the design intent and their expectations from the 3d renders. The client required 3d renders primarily for online marketing and advertising. Therefore, it was critical to deliver high-resolution 3d renders. 3D Modeling Consequently, CRESIRE conducted a detailed review of the design drawings provided by the design stakeholders. Our team developed a conceptual 3D Revit Model using the architectural and interior drawings. The model demonstrated the exterior building elevations and interior design elements. Stakeholder Collaboration We used the conceptual model as a reference for reviewing the progress with the stakeholders before we proceeded with detailed modeling. We collected feedback on the model from design stakeholders and implemented the changes and revisions to the model.

4. Overcoming Challenges Balancing Quality Some parts of the building design were highly detailed and needed advanced modeling to capture them accurately. Our team developed realistic families, elements, and textures, ensuring that the final output maintained both visual quality and technical precision without overcomplicating the process. Managing Project Scope Balancing creative vision with technical constraints and ongoing client feedback required constant coordination. To keep everything aligned, we scheduled weekly meetings with stakeholders, addressing revisions promptly. These small but important adjustments played a key role in refining the design before moving into the final rendering stage.
