It is small in size, measuring only 46mm × 46mm × 18.7mm, with a 5mm × 5mm aperture in the center. Displacement vs. Voltage Curve P13A.XYZ80K is driven by low temperature piezo actuator, and the capacitance micrometer is used to test the XYZ three-axis displacement of the low temperature stage. The voltage and displacement curve of P13A.XYZ80K at room temperature are shown in the figure below. Due to the low temperature resistance of piezo actuator at low temperature, P13A.XYZ80K can basically maintain the same voltage and displacement curve trend and larger displacement output as at normal temperature.

The resistance of ordinary wires will change greatly at low temperature, and the outer insulation material is not resistant to low temperature environment.
