Move it ahead and downward to deliver the print head, and then shift the assembly to the right. • The user should see sponges, which collect ink from the cartridges in the carriage. Utilizing an eyedropper or plastic syringe, immerse the sponges with distilled water. • Transfer the assembly following over the sponges. • Allow the distilled water set for at least fifteen minutes. • Print six to eight sheets thick with lines and pictures until the prints come out clean.

Ink Port and Distilled Water • Separate the ink cartridges from the print head carriage. • Using an eye dropper or plastic syringe, put a several of drops of distilled water or print head cleaner into the ink port that may be plugged. • Follow the ink cartridges and wait for the printer to set up the new cartridge.

Clean the Print Head with Paper Towels • Turn the printer off. • Cut a single page of paper towel in share and fold it lengthwise until it is about a one-half inch broad. • Begin the top of the printer and see for a rubber roller that transports paper through the feed system. • Adjust the paper towel to the roller with tape and apply various drops of distilled water . • Migrate the print head assembly over the paper towel and let it rest for at slightest fifteen minutes. • Return with fresh damp paper towels until you start to see different colors from every ink port.
