What Are the Bad fats and Which Foods Contain Them? 

When it comes to dieting, we generally keep the items with high percentage of fat out of our dieting

schedule. This obvious pushes a question that is fat always bad for our body? Well, fat is important

as much as we need proteins and carbohydrates in our bodies. Fat stays in accumulated state in our

body and it has been used for producing energy when body lacks enough nutrients from other food

sources. So, if you are undergoing ​weight loss treatment in Delhi​​, shockingly experts would not

ask you to omit all fat containing items from your regular dieting schedule.

This is why we need to know difference between good and bad fat. Good fat is essential for body

and bad fat should always be avoided. Different food items are there, offering both good and bad

pork fats, butter, margarine and many other fats come under this category.

Food Items with Bad Fats

As stated above, both saturated and trans fats should be avoided. At first we shall discuss about the

foods that are considered as rich sources for saturated fats. In the following section, take a look at

the most common food items that come with high ​amount of saturated fat​​.

Beef or pork meat

Poultry skin and dark chicken meat

High fat dairy products like cheese, ice cream, sour cream, butter, etc.

Tropical oils like coconut oil, cocoa oil, palm oil, etc.

All these things should be consumed at minimal percentage otherwise you may suffer from some

cause a lot of physical disorders. So, you must be careful about the fats that you should consume.
