  1. How Much Water Should We Drink While Consuming Whey Protein Whey protein supplements are very popular in the market these days. They are available as unflavoured and flavoured protein powders. You can select the one you prefer the most, but they say that flavoured ones have additives like artificial flavours and colors. To answer the question, “How water to have with whey protein?”, you can add 200-300 ml of water for one scoop of it. It depends on your preference, as some people add more water than others. Proteins are important for the body as they help the body repair and create new muscles. They are made up of amino acids, which play an important role in muscle development. BCAA stands for Branched Chain Amino Acid and there are three important BCAAs – Valine, Leucine and Isoleucine. They are grouped together since they have molecular structure that branches to one side. BCAAs are required by the body as they might help with many things such as reduction of muscle damage and building muscle mass. There are some essential amino acids (EAA) that have to be got through diet or supplements as they cannot be made by the body. Some diet sources for EAAs are meat, beans, soy and nuts. Always be careful about the quality of the product and its authenticity. Go with a product that is reputed and of good quality.
