Here, Texas history was made when Colonel James Fannin and his men of the new Texas Republic Army were brutally massacred by Santa Anna's Mexican Army. When distilling our first batch of gin, we were still waiting on some of the botanicals to arrive. Like any good Texian, we got a bit impatient, eager for some good hooch, and decided to try distilling with the botanicals we had so far. What we produced was perfectly unique; happenstance; a fortunate accident - our lucky star.

This public event is both fun & educational, and proceeds from the event fundraise for the Pamela F.
