When designating less sensitive locations, Member States must consider the potential that the discharged load will be transmitted to neighbouring areas, causing negative environmental consequences. Member States must acknowledge the presence of sensitive regions outside of their own authority. When determining less sensitive locations clearwater management korea, the following factors must be considered: Open bays, estuaries, and other coastal waterways with adequate water exchange that are not vulnerable to eutrophication or oxygen depletion, or that are thought unlikely to become eutrophic or develop oxygen depletion owing to urban wastewater discharge.
