  2. Facebook • Founded in February of 2004 for universities • Joined in 2007 when it became available to all schools. • Used to share all types of media such as pictures and videos with current friends and new friends found online. • Now also used for marketing. • Requires email and password

  3. Instagram • Created in October of 2010 • Joined in 2012 • Requires email and is password protected. • Can sync with Facebook profile • Used mostly to share pics and small video clips • Able to edit and filter pictures and videos.

  4. TikTok • Created September 2016 • Joined January 2020 • Requires email or an existing Google/Facebook account • Used to share music and videos. • Able to edit and cut to make videos.
