  1. CREATIVE MIRROR USES FOR YOUR HOME How often have you entered a restaurant or bar, glanced up, thinking there were customers on the other side of the bar, only to discover it was a mirror mirroring those customers behind you? That would be the power of the modest mirror. Mirrors are what you may consider the triple threat in interior design since they can bounce and reflect light across space, seemingly double the depth of anything in front of them, and appear highly sophisticated. Very few surfaces can make all of those claims. While hanging an oak wall mirror on any wall is quite simple, I wanted to highlight some original uses for mirrors that you might not have thought of previously. The world is your oyster when it comes to the uses you may put mirrors to, and by working with a manufacturer or specialist, you can cut them to almost any size or shape. Why not prepare your home and make the most of the mirrors in your space now that Spring is almost here and the days will be brighter? Here are a few approaches to accomplishing that, ranging from moderately easy to relatively fancy. Towards a light Placing an mirror behind a light or lamp is one of the simplest methods to benefit from everything that it has to offer. The soft light cast will double in the evenings, producing a nice warm reflection in the process. One of our rustic coffee tables would look great with this concept of using it as a tray. Use a small old window frame with mirrored inserts or a small-paned mirror as a tray on your oak coffee table to enhance depth. Place a variety of decorative items on top, and you can think about including a few candles as well to bring some flicker to the room. Both easy and lovely!
