  2. BS In Mechanical Engineering Chris Venissat has embraced challenges and pushed himself physically and mentally throughout his life. Chris played team sports in high school while participating in the AFJROTC. After high school graduation, Chris Venissat attended the historic Virginia Military Institute where he earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Math and Nuclear Concentration.

  3. Construction Manager For Sandy Springs Chris Venissat's career demonstrates his commitment to duty, discipline and service to his country. Chris served in the US Navy for 9 years rising to the rank of lieutenant and continues to serve as a member of the USN Reserves with NMCB 14. Chris Venissat also serves as Stormwater Construction Manager for Sandy Springs, Georgia.

  4. An Active Member Of His Community Chris Venissat is an active member of his community. Chris belongs to the congregation at Stonebridge Chruch in Marietta, Georgia. A dedicated dog lover, Chris volunteers at Mostly Mutts an animal rescue that works to reduce the number of animals who are euthanized in the Atlanta metro area.

  5. AProgram Manager Chris Venissat understands that a good leader must be a great teammate. Chris' military background coupled with his love of team sports uniquely qualify him for leadership positions. Chris Venissat is working to obtain his professional engineering license with the ambition of becoming a program manager in the construction industry.

  6. About Hobbies When he's not working as Stormwater Construction Manager for Sandy Springs or deployed with his Navy reserve unit, Chris Venissat enjoys hiking, reading and playing disc golf. He is a big Houston Texans fan and likes to watch the game while munching on tacos, steak, or crawfish. Chris Venissat volunteers at a local animal rescue.
