  3. ABOUTUNIVERSITY The University of Rajasthan is one of the leading universities of Rajasthan. It is popularly known as UNIRAJ. It was established in the year 1948. The main campus is located in Jaipur, and also it is approximately in 300 acres. UNIRAJ offers various UG, PG, and Doctoral programs in the field of Arts, Commerce, Science, Engineering, Management, law, etc. The admission process is totally based on merit and entrance exams. It has its own dedicated placement cell, which provides excellent placements opportunities to the students. UNIRAJ also provides medical and hostels facilities to students. It has 18 hostels, out of which 13 are on the main campus, and the remaining are in constituent colleges. UNIRAJ is a state University recognized by UGC and accredited by NAAC.   7. INFRASTRUCTURE Library UNIRAJ has a big library with a seating capacity of about 500 students. It has more than 5.08 lac books and bound periodicals etc. The library subscribes to about 62 journals and popular magazines related to various subjects and streams. Additionally, they have about 3000 e-journals for online access under UGC-INFONET E-Journal's consortium. To serve better to their user, the library has well organized. Hostels The university and its constituent colleges have also well-maintained hostel accommodation for the students. Additionally, Hostels are fully furnished and WIFI always available. At present university have 18 hostels, out of which 13 are in main campus and rest are in constituent colleges.

  8. INFRASTRUCTURE Medical Facilities The University campus also has an infirmary of Allopathic, Ayurvedic and Homeopathy. Essential medications are provided for free of cost. Routine health check-ups organized time to time. The health care provide curative, comprehensive, preventive, rehabilitate services to the students and faculties.
