5. HISTOR Y The Indian Law Institute was established in 1956 however it received a formal establishment only a year later in 1957. The institute was inaugurated by the first President of India Dr. Rajendra Prasad in the presence of Pandit. Jawaharlal Nehru the first Prime minister of India.
