  1. Why Is Last Will and Testament Important? There comes a time in life when you have to decide about what happens to your estate when you are no more. It’s where Last Will and Testament Connecticut can be helpful. While there it is uncertain when death comes, but estate inevitably exists beyond life. With the help of the last will, conflicts amongst the family members can be avoided. If you don’t create a will, the state will recognize your estate as intestate. As per the laws of the state, the surviving spouse will inherit whatever you are going to leave behind. However, it applies if you don’t have any kids or surviving parents.
