  1. Expand your horizons by taking admission to a PCI approved pharmacy college in Uttar Pradesh The PCI or Pharmacy Council of India is a statutory body that is founded under the Pharmacy Act of 1948. The Parliament passed this Act to make improved provisions for the practice of pharmacy and regulation of this profession all through the country. Students look forward to taking admission to a PCI approved pharmacy college in Uttar Pradesh to become registered pharmacists. Until a student passes from a PCI- approved institute, he cannot turn into a registered pharmacist, and for this, he must study at a PCI approved institute only. Importance of studying in a PCI approved pharmacy college? Nearly every student knows the significance of studying in a PCI approved pharmacy college. Some benefits are mentioned below:  When students wish to apply for some government jobs, such as food analysts, drug inspectors, ASI in CRPF, hospital pharmacists, or Para military forces, then they must study from the PCI approved institutes only. If students study in PCI approved institutes, they improve their chances of pursuing their careers in foreign nations. Because of the rigorous checks of PCI inspectors at the time of inspection, a PCI approved institution remains updated with the newest journals, instruments, books, etc.  

  2. What does the PCI do? The PCI does the following jobs:  The PCI prescribes the minimum standard of education that is needed for being qualified as a pharmacist. The PCI also frames the education regulations as it prescribes the conditions that the institutions need to fulfill to impart education to students in pharmacy. The PCI is also entitled to ensure uniform operation of the educational standards all through the country. The PCI inspects pharmacy institutions that seek approval under the Pharmacy Act for verifying the obtainability of the prearranged norms. The PCI sanctions the course of examination and study for pharmacists, that is, it approves the academic training institutions that provide pharmacy courses. The PCI sanctions qualifications that are arranged outside the terrains to which the Pharmacy Act stretches. The PCI also maintains the Central Register of Pharmacists.       Students must enrol in a PCI approved pharmacy college in Uttar Pradesh because in its absence they can’t turn into registered pharmacists.
