TM-Series Twin-Shaft Paddle Mixing System:  The machine is highly efficient for mixing of dry ingredients.  It can be used as stand-alone batching and mixing system.  The processing unit can be integrated with the control system of the processing plant.  The machine has a fully-automated PLC control system. The production capacity if the equipment is from 1 ton/ hour upwards. Counterflow Cooler:  The machinery helps in cooling of high moisture products to ambient air temperature.  It helps in removing excess moisture using continuous airflow to allow post-processing, such as milling, coating, or packaging.  The equipment has energy-efficient cooling and pneumatically operated louvers.  It is a fully-automated system.  There is automated control for effective drying. Counterflow Dryer:  It dries extruded products like aqua feeds, pet foods, texturised extruded proteins, etc. by recirculating heated air.  It distributes high moisture products evenly for effective drying.  The machine is capable of fast, effective, continuous drying of extruded products.  It smoothly discharges the food products from drying bed to bottom holding hopper.  It has access doors for inspection and cleaning. https://cfam.co.za Page 2
