  1. Welcome To Cadets Point Defence Academy

  2. Course • NDA/NA The National Defence Academy is the only academy in the world that is known for tri-forces training. The NDA is known for giving training to Indian Navy cadets, Indian Airforce cadets as well as the Indian Army Cadets etc. The Academy is located in the PuneMaharastra. The duration of the training at the NDA is for around 3 years. After the completion of the training, one will be sent their respected wings like Indian Military Academy for Army, Air force Academy for Air force cadets and Indian Naval Academy for Navy cadets etc.

  3. Course • NDA Foundation • Joining National Defense Academy is the dream of many youngsters. But due to the rising competition in this field, it is tough, if one does not prepare well for this. In order to get selected in the National Defense Academy, One will have to clear the following phases of selection: • Written Exam conducted by UPSC • SSB Interview • Medical Exam • The Written Exam, SSB Interview both are not that easy. One will have to prepare very well for this. The Cadet’s Point Defense Academy has launched the Foundation Course of NDA that one can join after passing class 10th or class 11th. Under this foundation course, one will get trained for the class 12th board examinations as well as for the NDA Examination.

  4. Course • CDS • The CDS Entry is for the selection of the candidates into the Indian Armed forces as an Officer. Through the CDS Entry, One can join the Indian Air force, Indian Army and Indian Navy etc. The CDS Stands for Combined Defense Service Examination. All the candidates who are graduates in any discipline are eligible to apply for the CDS Entry.

Course • SSB Interview • The SSB Interview is a mandatory phase to clear to become an Officer in the Indian Army, Indian Air Forces or Indian Navy etc. This Interview is completely different from the regular Interview. One will have to appear for the different types of Tests. The SSB Interview is conducted to check the overall quality of the candidate to become an officer. The Interview would be conducted for five days and each day, Different types of tests and activities would be conducted by the board. • The first day of the Service Selection Board Interview would be Important. A candidate who would clear this phase will stay for the rest of the Interview or will be sent back home. Let’s see the complete process one by one:

  6. Course • ACC • The ACC Stands for Army Cadets College. This is the colleges that make officer in the Indian Army. A candidate who is already in the Indian Armed forces like Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air force as a Soldier, Sailor or as Airmen, can apply for the ACC Entry to become an Officer. Through the ACC Entry, One can only become an officer in the Indian Army. In order to apply for this entry, There are some required criteria that must match.

  7. Course • NAVY SSR & AA • The Navy SSR and AA Stand for Senior Secondary Recruits and Artificer apprentices etc. Through this vacancy, One can join the Indian Navy as a Sailor or Technician etc. After the selection through the Navy SSR and AA Entry, One will get trained at the Naval Training Academy which is situated at the Khurda, Odisha. The Selection is not that easy, One will have to clear the selection phase which is conducted by the Navy Selection Board.   8. Course • AFCAT Written Coaching • The AFCAT Exam is conducted under the authority of the Indian Airforce Selection Board. Through this vacancy, A candidate can join the different branches of the Indian Air force as an officer. One has an option to choose Flying Branch, Technical Branch and Ground Duty Branch etc. The Selection is not that easy, One will need to prepare well to clear the selection phase.

  9. Course • AIRFORCE X & Y • The Airforce X and Y Group Exam are conducted by the Air Force Selection Board. Through this exam, one can join the technical and Non-Technical Branches of the Indian Air force as an Airmen. The X group is for the technical entries while the Y group is for the non-technical entries. The vacancy is released together.   10. Course • MILLITARY NURSING SERVICES • The Indian Military Nursing Services (MNS) is conducted by the Indian Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC). Through the AFMC Nursing Exam, candidates will get admission into 4 years B.Sc. Nursing course. It is a national level examination which is conducted only for female candidates.
