  1. COMMON WEIGHTLIFTING SHOULDER INJURIES ROTATOR CUFF TEARS Caused by repetitive overhead movements or lifting heavy weights. Symptoms: Pain, weakness, and limited range of motion. SHOULDER IMPINGEMENT Caused by repetitive overhead movements or lifting heavy weights. Symptoms: Sharp pain during lifting or overhead movements. LABRAL TEARS Involves damage to the cartilage that cushions the joint. Symptoms: Deep shoulder pain, instability, and clicking sensations. SHOULDER DISLOCATIONS OR SUBLUXATIONS Happens when the humeral head moves out of its socket due to trauma or excessive strain. Symptoms: Severe pain, visible deformity, and loss of function.
