  3. How To Setup HP Pro 6475 Set up your printer Unpack the product box and take out everything you received. Remove all the protective coverings and packing tapes from the printer and its components. Take the power cord and connect it to your HP Envy Pro 6475 printer and an electrical outlet. Now, your printer's Power LED will start to glow up. Unpack the cartridges. Open your printer's cartridge access door and insert the cartridges into their holders. Press each cartridge until it snaps in its place. Check whether you have installed all the cartridges according to the color indications. Once you have installed all the cartridges, close the cartridge access door. Pull out the paper tray and move the guides all the way out. Take a paper stack and load it into the paper tray. Adjust the guides against the paper and insert the paper tray into the printer.

  4. Print Setup HP ENVY PRO 6475 PRINT SETUP Make sure that enough paper has been loaded into the paper tray and the cartridges are installed on your printer. Open the HP Smart app and ensure that your printer is already selected. Click the + icon and choose your printer if a different printer is selected. If you want to print photos, click Print Photos> Select Photos to Print. For printing documents, click Print Documents> Print. To modify the print settings, click More settings and make the necessary changes. Finally, click Print.

  5. HP ENVY 6475 SCAN SETUP Open HP Smart and make sure that your HP Envy 6475 is selected. Click the + icon and choose your printer from the list if it is not selected. In the Scan window, select your preferred document/photo type, page size, output type, resolution, and source. Finally, click the Scan button.
