In 1988, when I first offered association and community management services, I had one employee and me. Without my degree and background in accounting, the two of us couldn’t have handled the communities we started with and those that followed. Skip forward twenty-five years. Our personnel have increased to twenty-four with eleven being managers. Furthermore, I understand that we fall into the top 100 management companies with respect to staff and client size.
