Bir Billing is World's 2nd highest paragliding site in India<br>Bir Billing is a high-altitude meadow located in the Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh, India. It is considered to be one of the best paragliding sites in the world, and the site of the first Paragliding World Cup, held in October 2015. Bir Billing is also home to numerous Tibetan settlements, and its local economy is largely based on tourism.
