  1. “ Redefining Urban Development in Abu Dhabi “ Throughout the emirate, the Abu Dhabi Estidama sets precise guidelines for sustainable development, urban planning, and resource management. PQP Certification asserts that more urbanization and a commitment to sustainability are essential for Abu Dhabi's long-term success. The Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 initiative encourages PQP Certification in order to develop a sustainable urban environment that preserves natural resources, enhances quality of life, and fosters sustainability.

  2. Abu Dhabi users profit monetarily from it. Estidama's Pearl Rating System, which assesses the sustainability of communities, villas, and structures, is its focal point. The minimum is one pearl, and the maximum is five Estidama Certification in Agile. According to the rules set forth by the Urban Planning Council, all new construction in Abu Dhabi must receive at least one Pearl, with government structures being the exception PQP Certification in Agile.
