Title I Training & Technical Assistance PlanScope of Program The strategic plan outlines six (6) turnkey training modules coordinated in collaboration with regional, county education offices, the Abbott office, and other related divisions. • The modules are developed in collaboration with regional, county, Office of Program Planning and Design (Abbotts), • Office of Grants Appeals, NJPEP and other program offices.
