Background • Established 2000 - Closed company with two directors • Currently 16 Employees • Aberdeen Based and local to many of our client operations • Familiar with offshore operating methods and procedures to provide installation and commissioning services • Strong financial status • Strong retained relationships with existing client base • ISO 9001:2008 Approved for all our processes • Fully registered within FPAL

Services • Panel and sub-assembly design, build equivalent to IPC-A-620 standards and test with an extensive history of recent builds completed with rapid turnaround • Significant experience in Industrial Datacomms & Telemetry – many projects completed using serial and Ethernet systems • Process control – understanding the requirements and methodology for installation / commissioning • Majority of modification projects undertaken as live changeover • Subsea Control System interfaces to existing platform topside systems and process equipment • Full Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS) lifecycle support

  4. We have supplied much of the hardware for topside subsea control systems used by AS globally. Facilities • Offices and workshops located in East Tullos, Aberdeen consisting of: • ~2,200sqft split workshop offices, light assembly and rack assembly/ staging area easily capable of supporting approx 10-12 MCS cabinet builds simultaneously. • ~3,500sqft warehouse/ staging space. • Main Offices of ~4,000sqft. • Workshop stock of some £400K of materials typically utilised in AS MCS builds allowing rapid turnaround of panel build projects.

Considerations • Capability for short lead time of builds due to stock holding • Considerable history of MCS and Sub-Assembly build – very familiar with products; methods; systems of work etc. (now over a decade). • High Quality of product regularly praised by AS and AS Clients • Locality – within 30mins travel from AS for meetings etc; • Facilities sufficient to undertake major build projects; • Thorough understanding of technical; document; quality and HS&E requirements for AS projects.
