Hygiene for every woman

This shouldn't be awkward to discuss. Your normal cycle and vaginal hygiene aren't embarrassing. Many women are apprehensive about consulting their gynecologist about "taboo" topics like "female hygiene" and "sanitary items." Let's discuss it openly and freely.

  1. Hygiene For Every Woman There is absolutely no reason to feel guilty about maintaining clean vaginal habits and a regular menstrual cycle. Words like "feminine hygiene" and "sanitary products" contribute to the stigma that prevents many women from asking their gynecologist concerns about these "taboo" subjects. We are here to have a candid conversation about it and to tell you about the different options for menstrual hygiene products that you may or may not be familiar with. Panty Liners A panty liner is thinner than most pads and can be worn daily. Panty liners should be replaced every five hours to prevent infections and skin irritation. Unscented products reduce irritation and inflammation. If panty liners upset your vulva, consider organic ones. Cotton underwear allows air to circulate. To let your skin breathe, don't wear one to bed. Disposable Sanitary Towels To prevent leakage, sanitary towels or pads often include a plasticized covering on top of an absorbent core. Once every four hours is recommended for changing a pad since blood that has been exposed to oxygen begins to smell. Another issue is that the plasticized layer might become too wet, which is a breeding ground for mold and mildew. Incontinence pads Cotton is used to make incontinence pads, which are both soft and sturdy enough to last for more than six hours. They come in a wide variety of sizes and forms and can be purchased online as well. These pads are powerful enough to neutralize odor and are delicately designed to protect your skin's pH when it comes to dual absorption. Tampons The most popular period product is cotton vaginal pads which fit inside your vagina. They range from light to heavy absorbency. More tampon fluid means simpler removal. However don't Put a tampon in vagina for long period of time . It can cause smell and bacteria which leads into extreme case of infection or pelvic pain.
