When our volunteer send the sick patient information through SMS, our software access the data and get all the information of patient as Name, age, mobile number and name of hospital in which he has to go. Patient himself can send the same SMS without the help volunteer. Immediately software send this information to the hospital through SMS and send patient token number to Volunteer , Patient and the hospital . Within 5 minutes our software calls the patient through PRI technology and telecaller starts talking to patient . They take all the information of patient regarding disease and complains. They upload this data at same time at website www.doctoriduniya.comand it flashes at the hospital computer screen. When patient will reach the hospital, Volunteer will receive a SMS of patient arrival . Our Call Centre continuously monitor the patient in hospital through recorded call. After discharge the hospital will upload the bill amount at their portal and Volunteer will receive a reward SMS. Thus it provides a transparent system. Software will provide separate panel for each and every volunteer and paneled hospital/clinic/ diagnostic centre and all the information will be available on their online panel. Patient can track his history of treatment in different hospital through is ID/token no. Hence he can get transparent system.
