Every computer eventually experiences some sort of malfunction. Hard drives, memory, and motherboards all malfunction occasionally. If you have a current backup of your important files, you will be very happy when one of these things occurs (or you will feel terrible if you don’t). All multimedia files you have attached to people, occasions, or sources in your family file can be backup, as can your family files. 4. If you make a copy on your hard drive, you should either transfer it to another computer, upload it to an Internet backup service, or copy it to a CD. You can also ensure that you will have access to it in the event that your computer fails by sending a copy to a close friend or family member.) Your backup files will initially be place in a temporary folder on your computer, where you will need to follow the instructions to burn them to a CD. Here you might see a “balloon” telling you that there are files waiting to be written on the CD. All you need to do now is click on the ‘balloon’ and complete the steps to finish the procedure.
