What was the research requirement? • A globally renowned software service provider wanted to assimilate ongoing feedback from prospective smartphone users to aid its various marketing activities. • A set up was required that would enable unaided and unbiased responses from consumers about a set of topics, which would enable marketers to make quick and informed marketing decisions.
How did Borderless Access fulfil the project requirements? • An online and social community named Café Smartphone was set up using SmartSight. Café Smartphone had over 200K panelistswith a multi-country reach. This methodology enabled the community members to interact and share their opinion via various mediums like blogs, polls, tasks, etc. • The method enabled the marketer to interact with their consumers directly.
Outcome SmartSight proved to be a major contributor in several critical decision making processes for the client. The portal was used for quantitative and projectable research as well as for getting free-flowing qualitative responses. Several types of researches like concept checks, ad-evaluation, reactions to marketplaces moves etc, were obtained through the portal.
