An online survey link was designed in consultation with the client and responses were approved personally. Responses were collected in real time via CAPI methodology. The client wanted to understand the benefits, drawbacks & requirements of surgical and diagnostic equipment financing. As part of understanding equipment financing, the client wanted to familiarize themselves with the environment i.e., public, private and tender, and a balance mix of these in each country.
