If the correct rules are followed, even foods that normally cause imbalance can be digested fairly well. Similarly, if you consume the right foods in the wrong way, your digestion will be harmed, resulting in gas, indigestion, and ama formation. Your digestion will be maximized and you will achieve optimum digestion if you practice these food patterns and select the right foods. Following are some of the best guidelines for healthy eating 1.Allow three hours for food to digest between meals. Most people can eat three to five meals a day as a result of this. Eat four to five times a day if you have a Vata nature or imbalance. 2.When the sun is at its brightest, digestion is at its best. The body's rhythms are in sync with the universes. As a result, the perfect time to eat the largest meal is at noon. Lighter breakfasts and dinners are recommended. 3.Make sure all of your drinks and water are at room temperature or colder. Cold drinks suppress digestion by suffocating the digestive fire. This is valid not only at mealtime but during the day. 4.Relax for a few minutes after your meal to allow your food to digest before moving on to the next activity. 5.Eat slowly and steadily until you're three-quarters full. 6.To allow your food to digest, wait three hours between meals. 7. relax and say a prayer. 8.Just eat food cooked with loving hands and in a loving manner. The cook's energy is still present in the food. Avoid consuming food that has been cooked with resentment. We absorb not only the food but also the emotions of the person who cooks the food. 9.Significant amounts of liquid should not be consumed during meals, as this weakens the digestive fire. On average, a half-cup of room temperature water is appropriate. Dry meals may require more, although moist meals, such as soup, may not. 10.Do not eat while watching television, conversing excessively, or reading. Make eating a religious observance. Before you begin, take a moment to

  2. 11.Drinking cold beverages right before eating is not a good idea. Digestion is weakened as a result of this. 12.Before swallowing, chew the food until it is of an even consistency 13.Make sure that the environment and external conditions of the place where you are having food are hygienic.
