Its greatest advantage is that it uses all-natural elements and works on the root cause of the problem so that the disease is cured completely. It is always best to choose herbal and natural medicines to cure anybody’s ailments. But it is even more important to adopt a healthy lifestyle and to take a healthy diet to prevent diseases. The main focus of Ayurveda is to strike a balance in the elements of the body and help restore the natural system (the way the body functions). Ayurvedic diet plan differs for everyone according to the body type, healthy diet plan helps not only to improve physical health but mental health as well, it helps a great deal in striking a balance between both the physical and the psychological aspects. As stated in Ayurveda air, water, space, fire and earth all these 5 elements make up the universe. These elements are believed to form three doshas in the body namely Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
