  1. US Army Garrison BambergProvost Marshal Office, Traffic Division • Vehicle and Weapons Registration

Shipping- Government or Civilian • Take the vehicle to the shipping point and complete the bill of lading and shipping documents. • Return with those documents to the Vehicle Registration Station and have the vehicle cleared from your name. • Permanent plates can be shipped with the vehicle, but temps MUST be turned in.

  3. Transfer to Another I.D. Card Holder • Both parties report to the Vehicle Registration office with the registration driver’s licenses, I.D. Cards, Double White Insurance Card in the buyers name, and a check or money order for $10.00 • Transfer will be completed and the seller will have the vehicle cleared from his name.

  4. “DONATE” to MWR • Contact staff at the Auto Crafts Shop • Pay $50.00 to MWR and fill out Bill of Sale and turn vehicle over to the Stripping Yard • Take your documents to Vehicle Registration and have the vehicle cleared

  5. Destroy on the Economy • Contact the MP Station for a listing of local salvage yards (ranging from 70-200 DM) • Report to the Customs Office, Bldg. 7109, for appropriate paperwork • Arrange for towing or take the vehicle to the salvage lot, pay the fee • Take your documents to Vehicle Registration and have the vehicle cleared

  6. Sell to a Non-I.D. Card Holder • Contact the customs office for any needed paperwork. (AE 2074, etc..) • Complete Bill of Sale • Buyer and seller fill in the reverse sides of both the white and blue copies of the registration. • Return to Vehicle Registration with those documents and have the vehicle cleared.
