    3: Recommended Policy Amendment It is recommended that each school board amend its policy to specify whether: as a resident district, it will or will not allow nonresident districts to enter the district to pick up or drop off OE students, and the circumstances under which it will or will not do so. as a nonresident district, it will or will not pick up students within their resident school districts, and the circumstances under which it will or will not do so.
