  1. Stress: Home to Hypertension and Mental Health Problems Stress is a part of daily routine and activity especially when there is ample competition outside. When an individual struggles with daily routine it is indeed covered with constant stress and worrying. Thus causing many problematic symptoms such as heart pulsations, hypertension, fear, too much worrying, anxiety, depression and trauma. Occurrence of events turns into stress after a certain period of time there are situations when one struggles to come out of it. However, good stress management counselling is the ultimate cure in releasing stress.
