  1. India’s Startup Ecosystem India’s Startup Ecosystem has developed at a breakcone speed and has become the third largest in the world. India is emerging as a global innovation center with more than 1.57 lakh startups (by the department for promotion of industry and internal trade) and Unicorn in terms of counting. The change is being run by the government -led schemes, regional policy and increased investor spirit. However, so far capital access, regulatory overhang and scaling can be managed through increased reforms and strategic investment to promote growth and create long-term values. Status of startup in India India’s start -up system is now the third largest in the world, with more than 1.57 LAKH departments to promote Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), the departments have over only 502 in 2016 by December 2024. The landscape is expanded rapidly, supported by more than 100 unicorns and leading hubs such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Delhi-NCR. More than 51% of the start -ups now come from urban and III cities, reflecting the development of nationwide entrepreneurship.
